Emoji Property Management, LLC charges one month of the lease amount for every twelve months of executed lease - i.e. one months lease collected on a one year lease and two months lease collected on a two- year lease. Emoji Property Management, LLC also has an in-house Handyman Division specializing in quality handyman repairs that are reasonably priced. We don’t cut corners, we take our time and we strive to ensure the customer is satisfied with the completed product. We are a one-stop shop for all your property management needs.
