David was thorough at the job he was hired for - home inspections. He had a comprehensive report that was very professional. He was very affable and had chilled cold water bottles handed out to us during the inspection. He missed checking a corroded hot water valve of the washing machine, which my seller left without informing me. Straight forward and thorough home inspection. We hired Corner Stone for a pre-sale home inspection. David is very professional and goes over everything found in detail after the inspection, which includes pictures and videos of all deficiencies found. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Normally, homes under 2000 square feet is $300.00 depending on age and slab type.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Continuing education is a MUST for my company. I am always trying to improve on my knowledge and stay current with the changing laws and regulations.
