As a first-time homeowner, the inspection process was completely new to me and honestly a little overwhelming. From the very beginning, David made the entire experience feel organized and easy to understand.
His communication was excellent **every step of the way**. From the time I found him on **Thumbtack**, he was responsive and professional. He sent me a quote, called me personally to explain his inspection process and what I could expect, sent over the necessary paperwork, and made sure everything was completed and my appointment was confirmed before inspection day. I never felt like I was left wondering what came next.
During the inspection, David was **kind, professional, punctual, thorough, and incredibly patient** with all of my questions. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just point things out—he also gave me helpful tips and suggestions on how to properly maintain my home so it can last for many years to come. As a first-time homeowner, that extra insight was extremely valuable.
My appointment was scheduled for **11:30 AM**, and he was finished around **12:20 PM**. Even though the inspection was completed efficiently, the report was extremely detailed and provided a lot of useful information and insight.

Normally, homes under 2000 square feet is $350.00 depending on age and slab type.
