Introduction: You may be looking for a bicultural individual who speaks and writes two languages fluently (English and Portuguese) and attained considerable learning in several fields of knowledge. I had a tour of duty as Brazilian Navy Exchange Officer, at the United States Naval Academy coordinating and teaching at Professional Development. I taught Portuguese and English as a second language to Brazilian candidates for the Diplomatic Corps. Moreover, the posts I held in the Brazilian and United States Navies portray a considerable experience in academic environments, as instructor, staff member, course coordinator and dean.
