- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m flexible with pricing. I’m a veteran so all veterans will get my best pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First it’s important to build trust. I will take the time to listen to the things that are important to you. Second I’m always available. I also know buying our selling a home can be very stressful. I will not leave my clients in the dark on what’s going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a licensed Right of Way Agent for 10 years negotiating pipeline easements for large oil and gas companies before getting my Real Estate license 4 years ago. I’m a highly trained negotiator.
