- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden costs. Please ask me for references when you call. The homeowners that we have worked with will tell you how we will install your new, quality roof for minimal or no out of pocket expense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No one is considered a customer. They are homeowners and business owners. We approach each project individually specific according to their needs. We work with each owner to accomplish what we set out to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for 20 years. I have worked throughout the country on some of the biggest commercial projects to some of the smallest residential (ie. I have roofed dog houses before) and loved doing it. I got my feet wet in the roofing industry with the largest residential contractor in the state of Texas and one of the top twenty in the nation. I will truly be in debt to them forever. You can't get any better training than that. There is no licensing in the state of Texas to be a roofer. What you look for is a company with integrity. KETO ROOFING has that integrity. Ask for references and do your research. You don't want Pete in a pickup repairing your most valued investment.
