Had the unfortunate event of having a pipe burst, (well would say semi burst, was spraying). Justin responded within minutes of my inquiry after hours and asked some straight to the point questions that would determine if the issue was an emergency; fortunately it could wait until the morning. Justin came out first thing in the morning and within minutes he knew I had a pipe spraying in the wall. Once we got eyes on the issue, Justin pointed out how fortunate we were my wife found the leak and that our weep holes saved a lot of headaches. The unfortunate part though was the piping used in our new home has had so many recalls on it so it was impossible to find the part. Instead Justin used his intuition to create a fix that works perfectly and fits perfectly. Not only this, but he has multiple ideas and plans incase one of them didn’t work. The pricing is fair and respectable, especially when it came to an uncommon job such as the one I had. I must point out though, Justin will show and teach you step by step what he is doing and the meaning behind each part of the process so you can fully understand what is going on and gain some valuable skills incase a situation like this arises again to prevent any further damage. Highly highly highly recommend. I also want to highlight he will not BS you. He is very honest and will use all his resources to make sure the job gets done with precision.

Johnson services came to fix the pip and did an awesome job. He was working attic, which I couldn't see, so he made a video of the part he worked on. Having him come back to do some other things I need repair. I recommend him highly.
