I loved the services we received. Not only was she at the wedding location early, she brought her two beautiful dogs that made our day even better! She kept communicating with us and was okay with the time change of our wedding due to high traffic. Belia Payne was absolutely delightful. She beat us to the beach wedding site after we went to the wrong beach access. She managed to get everyone to quiet down and kept my now husband from being totally silly. She is delightful, bringing joy and laughter to our special moment.
