Quick and honest!!! Honesty is hard to find these days but he saved us over 1,000.00 dollars, yes you read that right, by telling the truth. We were told by another company it would be over 3500.00 to replace a water heater that didn’t need to be replaced. He was honest and told us we just needed to fix a heating element. Cost was only 600.00. What a life saver when you need it the most!!

John did work on a leaking toilet upstairs at my parents’ house in Sugar Land. He recommended installing a new commode since the one upstairs was old and had problems for years now. He sent photos while he was at Home Depot to allow me to see options and prices. He also replaced a part in the downstairs main bathroom since it was getting difficult to flush it. Good work. Good value. Good communication esp since I was not on site at the time. My sister was there.
