Toni was very responsive with providing a technician. Andrew was very knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly. I really liked their approach of not trapping but terminating the entire mice community. Andrew spent hours sealing every point of mice/rodent activity from my roof; very impressive. He also sealed every point of entry of any pests (like lizards & bugs) that might find a path inside my house. For the time Andrew spent examining the powdery tubes (1 week), I feel that I received great value from Sharp Rodent Prevention. I would refer Toni and her team to anyone seeking to rid their attic of rodents & to seal house cracks.

Great Guy, Andrew Vargas, he came and he delivered. the squirrel was giving me hell in my attic, the technique they used was just impressive.

Impressive company and integrity including Andrew who could not have been more professional yet personable. The work that was accomplished was thorough and well done. Payment was half to begin and the other half when finished. Warranty is for a year. The fact that Sharp’s is also rated highly on BBB definitely tipped my decision to choose then. They have my recommendation no matter which pests you have.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren’t the least expensive, we aren’t the most expensive. We will meet or beat any quote within reason. We offer veteran discount, senior discount and first responders. You will be 100 percent satisfied, and our 1 year guarantee is a promise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free home inspection and quote, 2) then if you decide to go with us, we will break your payments into two easy payments. We’re willing to work with a family on payments (within reason).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sharp’s Rodent Prevention is fully licensed by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture. We have continued education units once a year to make sure we stay up to date with the most current and economical ways to better serve your family’s needs.
