It was a challenging job that required more work than the guys expected, and they performed it without any issues. They did have to come back due to some of the challenges of removing various critters from our wall space but did so quickly and diligently. They are easy to work with, and I will highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aren’t the least expensive, we aren’t the most expensive. We will meet or beat any quote within reason. We offer veteran discount, senior discount and first responders. You will be 100 percent satisfied, and our 1 year guarantee is a promise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Free home inspection and quote, 2) then if you decide to go with us, we will break your payments into two easy payments. We’re willing to work with a family on payments (within reason).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sharp’s Rodent Prevention is fully licensed by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture. We have continued education units once a year to make sure we stay up to date with the most current and economical ways to better serve your family’s needs.
