- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fee of $65.00 is waived with repair. We truly aim to help. Because it is difficult to estimate the cost of repairs without a proper diagnostic, we hope you consider scheduling an appointment. We'll do our best to guarantee your satisfaction Evening appointment slots are available by request, between 4 pm - 7 pm or 6 pm - 8 pm. Saturday service is available (no extra fees). Sunday: no service technicians offered on Sunday. Operators are available to answer questions or book future service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step in the process is communication. We listen and talk to our customers about the problem they are having with their appliance. From there, we answer any questions and lastly, schedule service appointment as requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in the appliance repair industry, including technical and customer service endpoints.
