Technician came and determined the problem. Technician had to return with parts and completed the job. Explained the issues, walked steps to complete repair. Provided a few very good dishwasher maintenance tips. Excellent work overall. Would most definitely use again for appliance repair.

Our dryer stopped heating on Saturday afternoon, which presented a huge inconvenience with 2 loads of laundry needed for the week.

I have a front load washer that after moving started to "jump" all over the laundry room when it was on the spin cycle. The jumping was so vilent the washer put holes in the wall.
I called Elite Appliance and they could come out the next day. Demetrie sent a text to let me know he was minutes away. It didn't take him long to figure out what my washer was doing. Demetrie explained what was wrong, gave me a price to fix it and had time to fix it right away. It was awesome. It works great! It's been several weeks since it's been "fixed" and my washer is still spinning great.
Demetrie was very personable, courtious and polite. He explained everything he was doing. The price was very reasonable and my washer was fixed in 40 minutes. I would diffinately call on Elite Appliance again.
