- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing by the job. I charge a service fee that is applied to the total repair cost if the customer decides to have the work done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to get as much information as possible from them. I ask what days and times work best for them so that we can work together on scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed 3 levels of HVAC technical training.
