- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OUR SERVICE CALL FEE IS $50 AND $25 FOR ADDITIONAL APPLIANCE IF (APPLICABLE) THIS FEE WILL BE WAIVED IF YOU ALLOW US TO DO REPAIRS FOR YOU. WE ALSO OFFER A 2 WEEK WARRANTY ON MINOR PARTS THE WE INSTALLED AND 30 DAYS ON LABOR. IF YOU HIRE US A SECOND TIME ON A DIFFRENT ISSUE WE WILL GIVE YOU A $10 DISCOUNT OF THE TOP.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with the customer on setting up appointments on their availability date when possible. We go an do a thorough diagnose on the appliance and allow the customer to decide if they would like for us to move forward with the repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 4 years experience on major appliance brands Our technicians are EPA certified as well.
