Jesse came over for the estimate within hours of my request. He looked at our dryer and confirmed our theory that the motherboard was dead. He quoted a price for parts and installation that was the same as what we had seen the part itself quoted for online so we of course chose to go with his professional installation. He was able to get the part within 3 days (very important when you're without a dryer) and installed it quickly for us. The dryer is back up and running. I will definitely be selecting Kingo for my future appliance repair needs.

Jesse is very professional. He responded quickly to my need and worked with me to arrange time that work out for me. This is very important to me when hiring worker for a job. I'm not sure about the price for the job since this is my first time hiring someone outside to fix my appliances. I used to buy appliance to replace the broken one. Since Jesse gained my trust so I don't mind to call him again for the next jobs.

Having issues with our LG washer. ( smelled like something was burning) Contacted Jesse this morning and got a 2-5pm window for our appointment . Arrived st 4pm and diagnosed the washer, showed me what all they had looked at and determined there was nothing mechanical or electrical . Could have sold me anything but was VERY HONEST!! Said if it started having drain issues, any issues to just give him a call back!! They work on ac,heating,appliances and they are in my speed dial for the future

Professional! I were told the washer didn't work in a Thursday afternoon, and get a few quotes when I put on a request that night. Picked Kingo after I called them. They come on time on Friday and find out what's wrong quickly, then repair it after go to get a parts. Glad they have quick response and charge fair price. Recommend!
