Ruslan was very professional: he called ahead of time, did the examination of the dishwasher and gave a clear estimate for the repair. We decided not to do the repair because it was too much money, we will wait for the apartment owner to take care of it in a few days. But we appreciated the professionalism and the speed.

We called Ultrafix to repair an ice dispenser on our fridge, and Aydin called back immediately and came over that day. He gave us a responsible price for the part and ordered it. Four days later he came back and installed the part. Dispenser is working fine. While he was here we asked him about an issue we had with our oven door spring which we thought the oven was too old to fix, but Aydin went right to work on it and fixed it. Amazing! We can fully recommend Ultrafix and Aydin to service whatever appliance needs service timely and reasonable price.
