The Fisg guys are great! I am so glad we found them! They were incredibly friendly & helpful. They actually explained everything they were going to do thoroughly & in terms that even I could understand. Lol I received a quote right away. Prices are competitive & definitely reasonable for the quality of service they provide.
They arrived on time & got the job done, cleaned up after themselves, (which is saying alot), & in less time than we expected. The Fish Guys really went over & beyond to make sure that our tank was beautiful & our fish were happy (; We will definitely be using them from now on👌

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service is all inclusive so our monthly maintenance is generally higher than most other companies but we don’t nickle and dime our customers. We pride ourselves on quality of service, materials and equipment along with building long-standing relationships with our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get pictures of the aquariums and filtration, we also do a free assessment and visit before starting any job or project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Together we have over 20 years of aquarium maintenance and service experience and an additional 15 years in the customer service industry.
