We had a new roof, electrical upgrades, painting, drywall work, installation of split unit a/c, Tesla home charger installation and upgrade from regular pantries 2x3 to a full butlers pantry.Electrical: power to our home was upgraded to sufficient power. Installed generator inputs and added additional circuit breaker box. Installed Tesla home charger. Rerouted power for our washer and dryer from the previous utility room by the pantry (see before and after pics)Painting: very professional. everything was taped off well and plastic covered.Drywall: areas that were demoed for other jobs were professionally redone and painted to match.Roof: their team was efficient and professional. they cleaned up after the job. Inspected their work appropriately.My favorite was the conversion from my regular pantry and utility room: They converted the two jack and jill pantries plus the existing utility room into one huge butlers pantry!! The pictures do not do it justice! They installed a sink vanity and marble countertop to finish the look. AND they made a Murphys Door to the butlers Pantry - it is a book shelf in the main hallway and the existing pantry door stayed in the kitchen. There are two ways in it.Joe is responsive, upfront and professional. We appreciate your patience with our requests and would hire your team again! Thank you!!"See more

Don't pay these guys up front. They came out and did a ton of work for 1 day. Left my balcony half done and completely exposed to rain... of course it rained the next week, and I had to scramble quickly to figure out how to seal everywhere on my balcony myself, since these guys were MIA after day 1. They really left me high and dry, and stopped responding to any calls or messages by the end of the week. Also left all the demo from their work in my yard (which I had to move and haul to the dump myself, since the trash guys don't take Heavy Haul items in our neighborhood). Really this has been a nightmarish situation trying to secure someone else to take on the half-completed job, and never knowing if /when they might start communicating with me again has made everything take weeks and months longer. I would HIGHLY recommend using someone else for whatever your needs are. Looks like they never intended to finish, since they cut corners and didn't even use "like" materials for any of the repairs they actually attempted.
