We provide flat‑rate pricing for a turn-key project based on the scope of work with no surprise fees. Because we plan every step in advance, you’ll receive a detailed proposal covering labor, materials, permits, and cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ Intro call & site visit – We discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. 2️⃣ Design & proposal – Within 3 business days, you’ll get a fixed‑price quote with a detailed scope of work. 3️⃣ Project kickoff – We set milestones and order materials before we begin work. 4️⃣ Weekly updates – You’ll get progress photos and schedule reviews every Friday. 5️⃣ Final walkthrough & warranty – We ensure everything exceeds your expectations, and all work carries a 1‑year craftsmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University and began my career as a NASA Space Shuttle engineer, and then moved into oil & gas. After transitioning to residential construction, I’ve completed professional project manager certification, and advanced certification in kitchen & bath design through the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and regularly attend GHBA and local trade‑school workshops to stay on the cutting edge of materials and techniques.
