Balloon Creations handled a big project for us on a very tight time frame. They collaborated with us to create something very impactful and made on-site adjustments to ensure everything was perfect. We charge taxes & a delivery fee based on distance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get an idea of what they want, give them some options, get location, date and time of delivery, quote them a price and collect a 50% deposit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taken classes on top of classes to learn the ins and outs of balloons. We have worked with all types & brands and continue to educate ourselves on a daily bases with the newest and best products in the market.
