- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Houston Ensemble regularly offers discounts to customers who subscribe to our newsletter on our website. Currently, Houston Ensemble is offering a 10% discounts all Holiday and Weekday events. Simply ask us about our current discounts and we'll apply it to your booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process comprises of three steps: 1 - Customer chooses service(s) requested and any add-ons like light/sound. 2 - Customer provides contact and event information. 3 - Houston Ensemble factors all the details and provides a final quote for client approval. Once the client approves the quote, a simple agreement will be sent to client for approval and a deposit will be requested. A booking is not final until Houston Ensemble receives a signed agreement and a deposit. Deposits are not refundable. Event can be canceled any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founders of Houston Ensemble both graduated from prestigious institutions that are at the top of music education in the world. Armov Movsesyan got his BM from University of Southern California and Studio/Jazz Guitar performance and his MM from University of North Texas in Jazz Studies. Chad Wesselkamper got his BM from Rice University in Classical Music Performance. The other members of the band also have prestigious degrees and decades of combined experience. You've seen many of our members on TV on programs like American Idol, The Voice, and other leading entertainment programs.
