- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Service and pricing starts from 45 min sessions, 1 hr. sessions, and or group sessions at either 45min or 1hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically will sit down and discuss what my clients are trying to achieve. I help them set realistic, challenging and fulfilling goals. My next step is to do an evaluation on performance and posture, along with a questionnaire on health and fitness.
