Caleb was spectacular. He was personable and extremely professional. He even has a deal set up where you get 15 percent off the next service and his work was amazing honestly. The guy practically made my apartment look brand new by transforming the carpet. Best carpet cleaner in Houston hands down..

I found Red Door Steam via ThumbTack on my neighborhood app. I selected this company based on reviews posted by others. I was looking to have a single high-traffic area cleaned at the moment, and cost was a factor. Red Door Steam was the only company out of three I contacted that offered services for a single area.

While I had initially scheduled my service two weeks in advance, Caleb, my service technician, was in communication throughout—and not in an annoyingly short way. On the day of service, Caleb arrived on time and confirmed the area he'd be servicing and the agreed-upon cost. Prior to starting, he explained how I could save additional money by scheduling future services. I appreciated that his upsell was not pushy or aggressive. I asked him for a quote on the additional rooms and scheduled another appointment for a later date.

The cleaning service performed was nothing short of a miracle, and Caleb left my 20-year-old carpet looking amazing. These days, while trying to preserve what you have as long as possible while keeping costs affordable, I appreciate companies that take pride in their work, no matter the size of the job. My apologies to Caleb for being late in submitting this review. You did an A+ job, and I look forward to using Red Door Steam soon.
