Caleb was great! I hired him to clean my carpets and not only do they look brand new even with 2 pets in the house, I also found a spot of mold & book dye when he arrived when moving things off the floor for him to clean. He easily took care of it! Very thankful for his service and will be having him out again!

We had a great experience with Red Letter Stream. They were very responsive and they were able to fit us in on short notice, which we really appreciated. The cleaning process was efficient, and they took the time to explain everything and answer our questions. Our 9x12 wool rug looks fantastic and we are very happy with the results. Caleb was fantastic from start to finish. He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. He answered all of our questions and was right on time the day of service. The work was great, he was professional, efficient, and friendly. Through further discussion we realized he does tile/grout cleaning and upholstery as well. We set up two more appointments in the future for those items and another routine carpet cleaning in the future. Highly recommend his services to anyone!

Tenants had left the floor in a mess. Caleb came out and gave a realistic assessment of how much he would be able to clean and worked with me on the price. There was an issue after the first cleaning and I contacted him. He came out and fixed the issue right away. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.
