I can’t begin to tell you how excellent this catering company is. Very professional and prompt! Richard and his team were so sweet! They came in, set up nicely, and Richard even brought us drinks when I initially forgot to ask for them. He even went out of his way and bought extra drinks from the store. This is top tier! I don’t know anyone who would go out of their way for a mistake the client made, but he did!! Plus he brought me flowers stating that “the parent should be taken care of as well” that warmed my heart! Needless to say, I would definitely hire Apex catering for all of my events!!

I cannot recommend this catering company enough! From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They truly went above and beyond every step of the way. The presentation was absolutely stunning, it looked like something out of a magazine and completely elevated our event. The food was outstanding, and every guest kept commenting on how delicious everything was. Their attention to detail, organization, and level of service exceeded every expectation I had. This was, without a doubt, the best vendor I’ve ever hired. If you’re looking for a caterer who will make your event feel effortless and unforgettable, this is the company to book. I needed a caterer for an outdoor barbecue of hot dogs and hamburgers and I expected something simple and basic. Richard, of Apex Catering responded to my Thumbtack request in about an hour and sent me a menu outlining an upscale gourmet hamburger station featuring applewood smoked bacon. He also included an all American hot dog station with the usual toppings and also a chili cheese hot dog bar. For side dishes, he suggested watermelon, potato salad and coleslaw and for beverages, sweet tea, strawberry lemonade and ice water. The buffet tables were beautifully decorated and everyone enjoyed it.
