Essence was incredible! I had her cater a private bachelorette party and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! She not only worked with me on the menu she worked with me through the struggle of realizing the house I rented did not have a kitchen! She helped think of alternative options and boy did she deliver. She provided a wonderful salad, tomato basil soup, grilled chicken, grilled salmon, and lemon pasta for 16 girls but I swear there was enough food for at least 20. These girls are not easily impressed but they loved every bite of the food. All leftovers were taken home. I will absolutely hire Essence again for another event as I personally cannot wait to eat her food again!

Essence truly fulfilled our needs. We booked her last minute. She already was pretty much booked for the day. Yet she still came to help make our Anniversary more than what we could of expected...or got a restaurant tbh. It was an experience and well worth it. I wouldn't want to spoil anything for you guys looking to book her. But like Nike Said.... Just do it!Stop reading reviews and find out for yourself! Because the food was bomb, all courses! The music, the setup, her communication, everything was a vibe. Exceeding expectations For sure. We will definitely be booking her again & If your smart, you will too!

Essential Eats is a VIBE!! From the music to the food. She’s so sweet and patient and I just loved that. I’m pretty indecisive, so working with someone like her made this process so easy. So not only is she a chef, but she decorates as well. When I told her the colors I was going for she didn’t disappoint with her decor. The food was AMAZING!!! The salmon was cooked to perfection!! Like my goodness. Everything she sat on our plates was sooooo good. And she put personal touches on everything. She put my name on the place setting cards and she put a candle on my dessert and my friends sang happy birthday to me. And she even stayed around for about 10 mins afterwards and took our group photos! Everything was just PERFECT! So look no further and book her NOW!!

Chef Essence and her team were AMAZING! With only 1 weeks notice they were available and able to pull off an amazing dinner for my girlfriend. We are not from the Houston Area and were very blessed to be able to experience her work. Communication was amazing, decor was spot on and the food was probably some of the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Do not hesitate booking her, you will definitely miss out!

We loved our experience working with Chef Ess and her team! She was extremely professional and accommodated all of the changes we wanted to make. She beyond exceeded our expectations from the food to the presentation and decor. We look forward to being able to work with her again in the future! She made our Mother’s Day so special!
