I cannot decide what is best, the pizza or the owner! A wonderful guy who is passionate about his product! You can really tell once you try the pizza! Everything is handmade, fresh, and POPS with amazing flavor! You have not had a pizza until you try it here! The owner was engaging and explained each process with incredible knowledge and detail! I will definitely get all of my pizzas here again! OHH and please try the pork pizza with bacon marmalade! Top 5 things I have eaten in my life no kidding!" Billy C.

We were looking for a unique experience for a couples shower and we found it with Nico and his stone pizza oven. He and his staff were so helpful and friendly and the pizza and appetizers were delicious. All of our guest enjoyed watching the production of the pizzas and wanted a taste of all the different choices. We will all look forward to using Nico and his team again in the future. Everything! Especially though was working with Nico! He was more than accommodating...he had another event booked the same day as I wanted and worked it out so that both events could take place. He was always prompt in communicating with me and answering any questions or concerns. Oh and did I mention pizza!???! It was awesome! All of our guests really enjoyed it and loved the concept of having a pizza oven on site...the stafff Nico brought with him to assist were all friendly and professional,..I highly recommend using Olivia Pizza for your next event...you won't be disappointed!!!

I highly recommend Oliva Wood Fired Pizzas! It was easy to organize the event with Nicolas. I felt like the price was fair. I loved that we had several types of pizzas to choose from since all of the ones on their menu are so tempting. The set-up was great with nice labels for each pizza being served at the party. The pizzas were fantastic and all our guests were really impressed and raved about them.

Because I love to cook. I really have a good time while I am working on site. It is very nice to see people eating and enjoying the products you just made.

Catering, we arrive on site 1 hour before serving time, set up, cook and serve during 1 1/2 to 3 hours, clean up and leave.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We served 250 people in under 3 hours!! I am very proud of it
