- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Because I love to cook. I really have a good time while I am working on site. It is very nice to see people eating and enjoying the products you just made.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Catering, we arrive on site 1 hour before serving time, set up, cook and serve during 1 1/2 to 3 hours, clean up and leave.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We served 250 people in under 3 hours!! I am very proud of it
