AJ was very helpful and patient with all the changes I kept adding due to how far in advanced we planned my mom's birthday. At the day of the event, AJ and his crew were on time and set up everything perfectly. Everyone kept mentioning how good the food was throughout the night.

I cannot praise this company enough. AJ came to my home and walked me through all my options. He did a fabulous job, was totally professional but also charming and friendly. He catered for 40 people in our home with amazing finger foods, both hot and cold. The afternoon ran seamlessly, all our guests thoroughly enjoyed his delightful food.

AJ is a gem of a man. I had contacted a few other caterers before I contacted AJ at Red Dot cuisine. I was looking for a caterer for my son’s wedding and wanted something simple. While AJ can do a lavish spread just as easily, we wanted to keep it simple. He sent me the entire menu, and didn’t push me to do anything differently, and the food was delicious. Not to mention very reasonably priced. I was complimented by all my guests on the food. I only wish I could have eaten more than the few nibbles I managed to get in. He also catered for 2 other events that were added last minute and saved the day. His crew is well trained, polite and efficient. You can’t find a more friendly and professional person than him and Red Dot catering.

Off premise full service catering, we provide everything and all services needed for your event so you can enjoy the event with your guests., we also provide a service for daily meal deliveries, the food is delivered to your residence in temperature controlled boxes, ready to heat and serve with our 6 week cycle of rotating menus there is a minimum repetition of the menu items.
