Food As Medicine. I have a very hard to treat neurological condition that even with doctors and drugs is not easily managed so I took to Food As Medicine. Being a degreed Herbalist and attending prominent healthcare colleges I embarked on a journey to use food as medicine because the Doctor and Rx approach just isn't working so good for me right now. I'm not an all organic person, nor vegan. I talked to Nikki about my needs And She Cooks Too got to work on the first project. Pure Chicken Bone Broth like your grandma would make. The proteins in real Chicken Bone Broth (not store bought) can restore digestion from the proteins in marrow and those bones. Store bought chicken bone broth doesn't have jelly in it and if it ain't got jelly in it then it ain't real chicken bone broth. Got to have "The Mother" in it, THE JELLY. The jelly turns right into liquid when heated. I needed a Chef to make me 8 quarts a week of home made chicken bone broth to start. I can't make it at home because food cooking, the smell will get me and I don't have enuf friends near here to keep me supplied in ample broth. Once I start eating more then I can resume some of my more sophisticated herbs and supplements. I have been living on 5-6 gallons of milk a week and that doesn't have the right protein profile so in came private chef Nikki. And I hope readers of this take this as education so when you've got that person who can't or won't eat then you've got a tip in your little black book - pure home made Chicken Bone Broth to start, just broth. Goes down with a spoon, yet I use jumbo straws like Bubble Tea straws. The pricing was right to meet the project objectives and they are very professional with their communications. I made it clear up front that all pricing was to include the food prep, tips, and travel so the bill is the bill. And that worked for both of us because my issue is about health not cuisine currently. And FYI, I paid via PayPal so nobody had to handle cash. I set all 8 quarts outside for a second and made room for them in the fridge. I gave Nikki my preferred suggested recipe like your mother or my mother would make and let her take it from there. It was Perfect. The fullness of the containers was perfect so I can freeze if needed. Perfect amount of fat, the color, the salt, the taste etc. I can add herbs, spices, and even other ingredients once my system gets more adjusted to eating REAL FOOD again, and you have to eat to live. It was all delivered promptly and courteously. As I work back up to eating real food again I'm sure I will likely be ordering other things. Might be even ordering things in advance like GUMBO. Hey Mr. D? I've got a big order for gumbo soon and I wanted to know how many quarts you might want? That kind of thing. And when I get ready I'm going to possibly have her make me 12 GIANT MEAT BALLS at a time. Not the spaghetti kind or Sam's kind or Costco kind, the great big baked kind with 3 meats and no sauce. One can always add sauces later. Day One - Chicken Bone Broth and Milk Day Two - Seasoned Chicken Bone Broth, Milk, Coffee, Ice Tea, One bite of a McChicken sandwich, and one frozen Michelinas Chicken Alfredo with broccoli. Day Three - Chicken Bone Broth, an entire Bacon McDouble, Milk, Iced Tea, Coffee, and 2 more frozen entrees. See it's working. And I've already ordered next weeks delivery of 8 more quarts of Chicken Bone Broth.

She very professional. The food is SO GOOD, it makes you want to slap your momma, lol. The prices reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone that want some real down home cooking.
