My computer was not working at all. For only $100, they got it working and downloaded Windows 10. Also used their pick up and delivery service for $30. Well worth it.

Jay was really nice, knowledgeable, and prompt. I ended up having to spend quite a bit more than expected because my computer problem was a little more extensive than anticipated. She explained everything to me and made my computer even better than before in less than 24 hours. Will definitely go to her again. Thank you!!!

I was very happy with the service I received from Jay and her team. I am a network tech myself, and I needed help on a project on short notice because my helper was sick. I spoke with Jay and she was able to provide a technician on short notice and also worked within my budget. She also sent additional help on the last day to make sure we met the clients deadline! I would definitely use this service again if I need help in the future.
