My computer was not working at all. For only $100, they got it working and downloaded Windows 10. Also used their pick up and delivery service for $30. Well worth it.

Jay was really nice, knowledgeable, and prompt. I ended up having to spend quite a bit more than expected because my computer problem was a little more extensive than anticipated.
