PSA: We cannot do DESKTOP MONITORS , APPLE PRODUCTS or TVS. ( Does not apply to laptop screens) We are not certified for Apple products and we cannot get their parts and as for Desktop Monitors, there is no way to acquire new glass or panels to fix them. Unfortunately the cost to try to fix them including Tv's costs the same as a brand new one. Laptop Screens are a different story and can be repaired. If one day things change for monitors or apple products we will gladly assist you.

Cody communicated promptly, arrived on time, was responsive to all my concerns, friendly, and was highly professional. He seemed honest to me, answering all my questions, and the value was excellent. He upgraded components of my computer, and it is running smoothly. He was also able to fix my old computer, which I thought was not repairable. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my pc where I was stuck in a bios loop. I found a quick fix but ended up experience worse issues after. When I couldn’t figure out what to do I went to thumbtack and submitted a request for help and for repair to be done the next day in the morning. Cody and bills pc and tech repair responded instantly with reassurance my problem would be fixed as well as pricing that was more than affordable! I was able to schedule help for the very next day. When Cody arrived he proceeded to fix my computer while talking me through what he was doing and helped me better understand my computer! After my issue was fixed in less than 20 minutes I had decided to ask Cody about some more worries I had with my pc which he fixed as well! I couldn’t recommend Bills PC and Repair enough for any issues you may have with your PC! You’ll not only walk away with your issues being solved but also knowledge about your pc! Thank you Cody and bills pc and tech repair for solving my issues and going above and beyond to also help install some rgb lights and fix the wiring in the back of my pc case!

Cody was a pleasure to work with! We where a bit concerned on who to reach out to with our pc issues. From our first interaction with Cody on the phone he was very professional and willing to help us ! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $40 , this below avrage when compared to other company's. in terms of fees, we only have one which is The Thumb tac fee, which is a travel fee of $15. this only applies to customers 5 miles outside of our office radius.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, our lead, Tech Cody, will reach out to you over the app, and if the customer accepts. Cody will then call you to discuss further details and times that would work best for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are certified in Cisco networking (CCNA) in addition to holding their MTA Windows 10 certification. These are industry leading certifications in the IT field that give our techs the professional edge they need on sight.
