I contacted Broadstreet technologies to help me with my laptop that stopped working all of the sudden. that same day, Richard came to my house, performed the repair on the spot, as well as explained to me exactly what he was doing in a way that I could understand. very fast service as well as quality work, I will definitely contact them for any future computer issues I have.

My experience with Broadstreet Technologies was first rate. They came to my home ran test gave me details on what was wrong with my laptop gave me some advice on how to keep my laptop running gave me a 10 % discount for being a first time customer they ran more test found a small problem that could have turn into a big problem fixed that a little cost .In closing the reason why I chose Broadstreet Technologies they care about there customer enough to talk to them without talking over there heads I will send my family and friends to Broadstreet Technologies for all there computers needs.

Richard and I have been in communication for a few months. I had some unexpected cost come up and had to put the project on hold for a couple of months. First he was very honest and his prices are very reasonable. He called me up the day before we were suppose to meet and informed me of a solution for my home entrainment system. Due to my high ceilings and weird layout of my room he said the best bet was to go wireless. By doing this he lost my business but he could have just as easily came in and started to cut holes in my walls. I wasn't a huge fan of the wireless kit but he talked me into it, gave me a few products he recommends.

I always stay updated on the latest technology and study new hardware and software in order to stay ahead of the curve.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a kid I found the family computer fascinating and I would always open it up and just look at what was inside. That grew to trying to find old computers to take apart and building new computers out of multiple old ones with broken parts. Over time, I realized that this could be a life long profession.
