- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the complexity of the issue. We charge a small diagnostic fee that is fully applied toward the final repair if you proceed with the service. Parts and labor are quoted separately before we start any work. We occasionally offer bundle discounts (for example, BIOS upgrade + cleaning service) and always confirm pricing in writing before repairs begin. There are no hidden fees, and every customer receives a clear breakdown of costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we run a full diagnostic to identify the issue accurately. Once we find the problem, we provide a detailed quote, including parts, labor, and estimated turnaround time. If approved, we proceed with the repair, test the system under load, and keep you updated during the process. When your device is ready, we review the results with you and provide guidance for maintenance and prevention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead technician, Ehsan, has an engineering background with hands-on expertise in electronics, computer hardware, and drone systems. He has years of experience in board-level diagnostics, micro-soldering, and data recovery, and stays updated with the latest manufacturer standards and repair techniques. We combine engineering knowledge with real-world repair experience to ensure high-quality results.
