Quality and professional work. My computer crashed and Houston IT , brought it back to life. I was able to wait in my car while he worked on it. He price much more reasonable than others. I will definitely call him for any of my computer issues.

Akeel is good at what he does . Due to COVID crisis I had to revive a old laptop for my daughter to use for online classes . It had the Windows blue screen/ restarting error message . He arrived on time , diagnosed it, told me what the problem was and took it with him . He kept me updated on the work. He fixed it, replaced my slow HDD with a new SSD (that I provided) and extracted data from laptop. His pricing is very reasonable . Laptop works just fine now. I highly recommend him.

Responded to request quickly, arrived exactly on time after calling and telling post-Harvey traffic was delaying him. Solved audio/driver problem for me in less than one hour, gave me professional advice on how to avoid future problems, removed excess cache data to enhance PC performance. Definitely will use him again.
