I am very proficient at virus removal. I also do a lot of software installations, and removals. I do a lot of hardware installations and repair.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The only advice that I have to give is to shop around. The cheapest may not always be the best. Also I would check to see if they have a guarantee of any kind.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we aren't all creepy geeks. That we can be trusted, that we just want to help. In this day and age our lives revolve around technology. You must have someone that you can trust to help you with your technology needs.
