Hi, I’m Spencer, owner and operator of All Tech Connect (ATC). I help people and small businesses get their tech working the way it should: simple, reliable, and modern. I spent over five years in Apple retail as a “One to One” trainer, working with clients ranging from 9 to 90, and I still love doing what I loved then: making complex technology feel simple, clear, and easy to understand. I work using the three S’s: Setup: Get your Apple devices, Wi Fi, email, backups, and smart home working together the right way from the start. Support: Fix issues fast and explain what changed so it stays fixed. Strategy: Recommend what to upgrade, what to avoid, and how to future proof your home or business. I support iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch, plus home Wi Fi, printers, backups, and email. I also help clients transition from Windows and PC machines into the Apple ecosystem, and I’m comfortable using other operating systems and devices when my clients’ needs require it. I also install and set up smart home devices and automations, including lighting, thermostats, cameras, doorbells, locks, and whole home routines that actually make life easier. I have a degree in audio engineering, I’ve always been a tinkerer, and I bring a systems mindset to every setup. I also help clients get comfortable with AI tools and integrate them into their personal or professional workflows, and I’m happy to share practical best practices for using them in a fast changing environment.
