Home buying is already nerve-wracking as it is so to have a very reliable and friendly home inspector like Stacey is very much needed in tense times like this. My number 1 pet peeve is when people come in late for appointments and Stacey arrived early. He came in and went straight to work, plugging in testers in sockets and opening and turning on the appliances. I should also note that Stacey was very fast and straightforward with his quote that's adjusted to the property you're buying. Because I am buying an old condo, he gave me a very fair price and yet did not rush anything during the inspection. I cannot recommend him enough. If I get lucky in the next years and I'll be able to purchase a newer condo than what I'm currently buying right now, I will definitely use Bayou City Home Inspection again!
