When it comes to larger projects that require more than one set of hands, our approach to having things done around the house is the following. The simpler the better. What is meant by that is to eliminate the worry for the homeowner when the time comes to having their projects done for them. That is only achieved by those professionals who have the previous knowledge/experience to have the job completed. *PLEASE NOTICE THE NEXT PARAGRAPH CLOSELY FOR AVAILABILITY. I will only be able to accept requests Monday - Wednesday 9am-5 pm . Thursday-Saturday I might be able to do 2-3 hrs in the evening but nothing during the daytime .Every day except for Wednesdays and Thursdays I might be able to do a late afternoon session after 5 pm until needed . Just double check to see if there is a convenient time . Prior to booking a time please share an idea of the amount of items to needed to hang up and whether or not you would like me to bring a helper . Having a second set of hands will speed up the art installation process. Depending on the helper that I bring, I will let you know that a helper option A will be billed additionally at my current rate thus doubling labor costs but cutting time in half. Helper Option B will be billed additionally at 40$ an hour .

Raul installed two hatch doors for our crawl space and did a great job. He is very patient and listens to customer requests. All I can say is , we found a great carpenter!

Raul came exactly when he said he would, worked steadily and with amazing skill--he installed the door and the hardware perfectly in a surprisingly short time. I am so happy with my new door! It looks great and works better than when the house was new. He was very professional, courteous and thoughtful and made some suggestions that I had not even thought of, like telling me about the new blinds that are enclosed to enhance the door windows. As for value, I feel guilty that he didn't charge more, but I'll hire him again for the interior doors I still have to change out.

Soto’s was highly professional, great problem solver and not afraid to explain exactly what he needed to do to repair and install the doors, interior and exterior. Our rates seem to be fair. Not on the low side but definitely not going through the roof. I strongly feel that the quality of work and a fast work pace can go side by side without compromising the ending results. Experience and the correct tools allow for a smooth process.

Like to listen and see what are the needs of the customer, offer solutions, offer possible ideas to maintain costs low, work out a date and time that works for both parties.
