Transcend Technology is not responsible for any monetary loss for data or physical equipment after the 30 day time period has been exceeded.

Had a great experience with Transcend Technology. He was able to remotely log into my PC, explain everything he was doing and help me to understand why it was running so slow. The PC is working like new again! I highly recommend them for your computer needs.

Peter was extremely helpful in every way. He constantly sent updates on what he was doing to fix my computer, what problems he was running into, how he could fix it and all the while making sure to ask me if I was okay with everything. He had the best price of people I had searched and I really felt as if he was helping me and not just in it for the money.
He has an excellent attitude, offered tips on how to keep my computer running smooth and was overall just the best technician I could have asked for. I would not hesitate to bring my computer to him again and I will refer him to everyone I know. If you're reading this you need to call him! :)

Peter works from his home office and he's very professional. It took a long time to get the problem fixed but previously I had sent to MS Store in the Galleria and called MS support overseas two or three times and problem was ongoing. Now the system runs so much faster!
