Nico was good overall. He needs to improve on his project management and organizational skills. There were things that we agreed to have done that I had to remind him of and had to frequently reach out to him. Quality of work could improve also since there was a noticeable amount of nails left in my yard after he was done. I have small children that play in the yard and that is unacceptable.
