- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To better understand the needs and wants of a new customer we schedule a consultation. During the walkthrough there will be a brief questionnaire to develop the scope of the work for the project. We will then consider color schemes, finishes and finally application methods that are suited for your specific project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 20 years of combined construction and painting experience amongst our team. OSHA-30 Certified and Scaffolding Certified. We have SOP's in place for our workers when airless sprayers are used to prevent injuries and potential damages.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Will it be a repaint of the same color? 2. Will you hire us to change the colors of the space that needs painting? 3. Are there any repairs that must be completed before painting?
