- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a pricing system that goes by the weight, breed and coat density as well as the sought out desired style by the customer. Prices discussed by phone or in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we greet the customer. Then we greet their pet and make them feel comfortable. We will then discuss the owners wishes and concerns about their pet. We will assess the pet and his/her coat and then make suggestions. Before tge customer leaves, we will make sure we are clear and have been given precise instructions for the pet. After the pet is finished, we will then call the parent for pickup and checkout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees have attended dog grooming schooling through golden paws, and have also been cpr certifies for animals.
