- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every owner & pup is different, so we don't have "set prices". We always start with an evaluation first. Think of it as a vet visit, you have the initial vet visit fee & depending on what is wrong depends on the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a 45 minute in-home evaluation to get to know you & your pup better, go over training goals, and the training process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nepopo, education videos from world renowned trainers, & a private dog training academy.
