- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we like to be as transparent as possible. By doing so, we ensure the client is well aware of how their issue will be taken care of. Pricing is also shared with every client prior to a visit to ensure clients are not surprised with extra charges or fees at the time of visit. Once all is agreed upon, we gather necessary information & availability to schedule the client. We do our best to take care of clients the same day.
