They were able to come out same day. Ensured the issue was evaluated, provided options and completed the project fully. We have had others out to clear our drains in our new construction but these guys stayed to ensure that everything was fully cleared. I will definitely use again! Our main drain became clogged by tree roots. It happened on a Friday night. We were able to make an appointment online at about 10 pm for service on Saturday morning. Communication with Zoom Drain was excellent. They showed up when they said they would. In addition to unblocking the drain, they treated with RootX. The work was completed in about an hour.
