- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is cheap with great quality work compared to big companies. I usually give discounts if the client likes my estimate on our first meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers it is very important that we listen to their ideas and their budget. That way we can have a better vision of what the customer has in mind and also find a way to make it happen depending on their budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family who has more than 20 years of experience in home renovations. As I was growing up, I fell in love with the work, the ability to build, remodel, paint and see customers happy.
