This is an update to my earlier review below. There was a misunderstanding caused by an unforeseen event that led to delays. Since then, his communication has been excellent, and he showed real commitment to resolving the paint job. He arrived on time, completed the touch-up, and was pleasant and professional throughout. He is an excellent contractor to work with, and we truly appreciate his communication and dedication to making things right.

Great work from a dedicated team. Professional, responsive, adaptable. Exterior painting and deck sanding and sealing of tall house in West Galveston. Three garage doors required multiple treatments to reduce rust, remove old paint, prime and finish. Work was performed during windy weather. The team worked long hours to meet timelines. First choice for future work. Recommended without reservation. Thank you.

Updating my previous 5-star review. The contractor was over an hour late to the first appointment, but we still left a 5-star review because he was friendly in person and immediately got to work. I am also not one to leave negative reviews so I gave him grace at first because the area he did complete was done well. However, after allowing the work to dry, we noticed one spot still left unpainted and incomplete after patching the drywall. We sent him a photo, and he acknowledged it and seemed surprised he missed it, initially indicating he would resolve it quickly. We are very understanding people and would have been more t Han willing to work with him had he been responsive and communicated about delays. Unfortunately, that was not the case the second time. Since then, it has been incredibly difficult to get ahold of him. We have reached out multiple times through text, phone calls, and even through Thumbtack with little to no response. It's unfortunate to have to update this review, as we don't like leaving negative feedback for small businesses, but the job remains incomplete and communication has been poor just as a prior reviewer stated.
