- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have our standard maintenance cleaning prices that’s for a cleaning every couple of years. If anything additional is needed as for as air leaks needing to be repaired, damages found, bacterial growth or sanitation treatment etc.. that would be additional quoted for on site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ALWAYS make sure before starting a job to ensure the customer and us are on the same page. When we arrive to your home we explain step by step what will be taking place. We like to make our customers feel comfortable in what we are doing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in this field by working as a helper for one of the most reliable and experienced technicians in Texas. During that time, I learned the importance of doing the job the right way, paying attention to detail, and treating customers with honesty and respect. Hands-on experience alongside a top technician allowed me to build strong technical skills and confidence, which I now bring to every job I take on.
