Our wedding was coordinated and decorated by HV events and we would not have it any other way! I came across Pattie on thumbtack July of 2023 and from the get go she began making plans for our wedding. She is tactful, resourceful, and tremendously thoughtful. Our wedding was not an easy feat either, as it was a fusion Hindu Christian (Baptist) wedding that lasted 3 days consisting of a mehendi/sangeet night, a Haldi ceremony and a day of 2 weddings and a reception. Pattie worked with us from day 1 onwards making sure that we had vendors for our needs, worked with the vendors to make sure our needs were met, and completed small details that largely mattered to us for cultural purposes. When our big day(s) came her team was professional and courteous, looking out for not only us but our families as well. They went above and beyond what a standard planning and decorating service would do, making sure that we were caring for ourselves as well! The decor was PHENOMENAL —each event had the most elegant aura from their breathtaking design pieces, really setting the stage for the events and our guests were in awe! Our wedding day was perfect and that was definitely due to the diligence of HV Events and I will always have them on my side for future events because they have become a part of my family ☺️. You will LOVE Pattie, her work, and her amazing team! They turn dreams into reality! 🤩

If you are looking for quality, professionalism, cost-effective value, and everything you ask for on your list of needs/wants, Hotvedt Valdez Events is who you want planning your wedding. Ms. Pattie is ready for the unexpected that happens around weddings and delivers with pose, professional and understanding. For example, I arrived to church, a little late, forgot my deodorant and I mentioned to my Ms. Pattie that I forgot to put on deodorant, after lifting my arms. With complete poise, and confidence Ms. Pattie told me, "I have one in my car." From little stuff like helping me with deodorant, to big stuff like assistanting with the logistics of the reception- Hotvedt Valdez Events took away all stress and helped make our weekend magical.

Patricia and her team were absolutely amazing! We hired them to handle our balloon and event decorations, and they truly exceeded our expectations. On the day of the event, it started raining, but they didn’t let that stop them. They patiently stopped and started as needed, making sure every detail was perfect despite the weather. They were so patient with us, making sure our family was completely satisfied before they left. When the event was over, they returned promptly to take down everything, leaving the space clean. Patricia even called to check in personally to make sure everything went smoothly, which meant a lot to us. Overall, her service is a 10 out of 10. Professional, caring, and dedicated to making your event beautiful. Highly recommend!

Pattie and team were excellent! They made our engagement event feel like a dream come true and I am so grateful we chose to work with her. She was very punctual, responsive, and her attention to detail was very professional. She even went above and beyond to cater to our photography needs with the backdrop a few days after the event!
