- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tiered pricing that allows everyone to be our client within their personal budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Super excited for you to join! Once your deposit is paid the next step will be to schedule a 1:1 with your photographer to discuss details of your session and get key information about your event or family members. Shortly after our call, you will receive a questionnaire to provide your request of how you prefer photos: (black and white or preferences for shooting angles) All scheduling, booking, and contracting is completed through our system Honeybook where your information and payments are kept secure. *Clients are required to pay 50% of the total cost to secure the day and the remaining balance would be due 3 days prior to your session date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am highly skilled in Adobe Lightroom Classic and Adobe Photoshop. My education allows me to get things right in camera initially vs making your photo look unnatural with too many adjustments.
